This funny French comedy starts off with that question, bringing the jolly old man to Paris, where he gets into scrapes with the police and the children there. With a lighthearted humor, it's one of those films that will amuse parents as well as kids. The movie is written, directed and starred in by Alain Chabat (Julius Caesar in 'Asterix & Obelix: Mission Cleopatra') and the cast also includes Audrey Tautou (the protagonist of 'Amélie') and Golshifteh Farahani ('Paterson')."
