A taxicab driver becomes an unwitting impersonator of a wealthy prince, facing chaos and misunderstandings in the bustling city.
Billy Gilbert, taxicab driver, wastes no time in getting himself into another frustrating jam with no relief in sight. He picks up a fare who is a press agent, who, in no time at all and with not much of a story, has Billy posing as a visiting nabob East Indian potentate, who has many daughters.
